Standard and Expedited Shipping:

At Secrets & Silk, we are committed to delivering your luxury silk items with care and efficiency. We offer worldwide standard shipping through our selected freight partners. Our aim is to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, wherever you are in the world.

• Standard Shipping: Shipments to North America, Europe, and Asia typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: For those in need of a quicker delivery, we offer an expedited shipping service at an additional cost of $35. With this service, you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days.

Please note that while we strive to meet these delivery times, there may occasionally be delays due to customs, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, especially for international shipments.

International Taxes and Duties:

• As the customer, you are responsible for all international taxes and duties associated with your Secrets & Silk order. The prices displayed on our website do not include international taxes and duties.
• We ship your order on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that the items are delivered to you exclusive of all taxes and duties. The shipping carrier may invoice you for customs duties and taxes upon or after delivery, which are your responsibility to pay.
• Please consult your local customs office for more information about the specific duties and taxes that may apply to your purchase. Be aware of these potential additional costs before placing an order.
• If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the shipment may be returned to us. Please note that in such cases, the return shipping costs will also be your responsibility.

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
• We endeavor to process orders as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
